For chandeliers weighing more than 50 lbs, do not mount the chandelier solely to a standard junction box. Extra supporting structure above the ceiling at the installation spot is required. All hard-wired chandeliers, pendants, ceiling lamps and ceiling fans must be professionally assembled and installed by a licensed electrician.

A: We provide 1-year limited warranty for chandeliers, pendants, table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling fans and ceiling lamps against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty.
