These fixtures are only suitable for indoor dry areas and shall not be directly exposed to excessive moisture and steam. Table lamps and floor lamps follow the certification standard of corresponding models.

A: Some chandelier models are compatible with arched ceiling installation. Please contact our customer service for detailed confirmation. For chandeliers weighing more than 50 lbs, do not mount the chandelier solely to a standard junction box. Extra supporting structure above the ceiling at the installation spot is required. All hard-wired chandeliers, pendants, ceiling lamps and ceiling fans must be professionally assembled and installed by a licensed electrician.

A: Chandelier, pendant, ceiling lamp and ceiling fan are hard-wired fixtures. Table lamp and floor lamp are plug-in style.

A: We provide 1-year limited warranty for chandeliers, pendants, table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling fans and ceiling lamps against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty.

A: Please send photos of the package and damaged parts of your chandelier, pendant, table lamp, floor lamp, ceiling fan or ceiling lamp. We will arrange replacement parts for you.
